The Alaskan Way
Viaduct is dead. Well at least for the week. Seattle Voters said no to both the Elevated and Underground options. Many call for a surface street with transit. Seems like a good idea to me. San Francisco did it, Portland did it, Milwaukee did it. Why can't Seattle? They'll have to pull it down eventually or it will fall down.
Of course, there already is transit under the viaduct:
