Insurance By the Mile

What a novel concept! I wonder if it would lower my costs. I already get a discount for driving low miles but it would give an even greater incentive to stay out of the car.

    Now c'mon, Rhywun, being absolute will just drive people away.

    People will be more likely to give transit or biking a try if they see immediate savings, proportional to the extent they lay off driving.

    Oh, I would never force anyone to follow my lifestyle. But it's easier than you think and saves me a ton of money and stress, too.

    And no, I don't speak Welsh. But I can read it a little.
