Apply the brake. (Unless it's a Japanese Railways freight train, in which case it's take off the white gloves, then apply the brake)

So the rest of the world is going to become a giant suburb... The fact that "American dream" style suburban developments are going on in wicked overcrowded places like China tickles me. It's like we're laying an economic time bomb down for them.
